For most printing scenarios, the JPG files delivered in your online gallery have all necessary information backed into the file to deliver accurate prints. However there are some scenarios working with different printing manufacturers where calibration or other errors might occur causing inaccurate prints. Below are my recommendations for the most viable options in each printing scenario.
Small Prints
Given that printing these photos is cheap, you can easily purchase one test image first before printing a larger quantity. In this scenario I would recommend working with the most convenient option for you like local drug store or shop.
Large prints should be good but sometimes color consistency is off.
Large Prints
I would recommend ProDPI for accurate color prints and a large assortment of options.
My shop
On your gallery site.
You can purchase prints through my shop for a step of manual approval from me to 100% guarantee the printed image will come out as I intended in capturing and editing the image. I am able to work with the full RAW file from my camera if there are new export settings I need to apply to creating a new JPG file. For example, if you are printing a 24x36 wrapped canvas image, I can potentially re-crop the original raw image to fit the print size better.
I'll prepare the file making sure all settings and as well, you might be ordering from a different size frame than the photo. To make the crop better I sometimes even have more information from the original raw file I can do to re export the photo to be optimized for the print size.
Albums
If you'd like to design your album and the spreads yourself, you can find a variety of great options online. However if you'd like me to design the albums as a part of my curation process I take great pride in, please do so through my album page.
